package/p*/Config.in: fix ordering of statements

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with the letter p in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+. Replace (e)glibc by glibc

Following the removal of eglibc support, this commit replaces all occurences of "(e)glibc" by just "glibc". Most of the occurences are in package Config.in comments. In addition, when the form "an (e)glibc ..." was used, it is replaced by "a glibc ...". powerpc-utils: bump to v1.3.1, change upstream location and license

This patch makes below changes to powerpc-utils package: - Update to latest upstream version (v1.3.1) - Update License (from CPL to GPLv2) - Update source link (from SF to github) - Disable librtas by default - Finally make necessary adjustment to compile the source (run autogen.sh before ./configure as we don't have configure in new tarball). RTAS: This package contains few tools (like nvram, ppc64_cpu, etc) which are not dependent on RTAS support. Traditionally we always had RTAS support (at least on IBM Power system). But now a days we do have environments like PowerNV host where we do not have RTAS support. Instead we use OPAL for runtime service [1]. Hence lets disable RTAS by default. If someone wants to build powerpc-utils with RTAS they can enable it. powerpc-utils: optionally use librtas

Now that librtas is available, optionally use it with powerpc-utils to enable it's RTAS dependant functionality. It is used by default, as most distros do, but made optional because it adds several new programs and significantly increases the size of the installed package. Fixes CVE-2014-4040: A local attacker could obtain sensitive information from the generated archive such as plain text passwords. Yes, version 1.2.24 seems to be newer than 1.4, which is equivalent to 1.2.20. Also, switch from git clone to tarball download , and add a .hash file. The configure script seems to misdetect stack smashing protection support in the toolchain. gcc accepts -fstack_protector_all, but the linker complains: "ld: cannot find -lssp".
