package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warnings

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62 characters. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text. Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with the letter o in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2.1/LGPLv2.1+ is LGPL-2.1/LGPL-2.1+. Technically this is 10.1.0, however the initial release left out a config directory causing autoconfig to fail. Replace (e)glibc by glibc

Following the removal of eglibc support, this commit replaces all occurences of "(e)glibc" by just "glibc". Most of the occurences are in package Config.in comments. In addition, when the form "an (e)glibc ..." was used, it is replaced by "a glibc ...". package/openvmtools: does not build with uClibc

On glibc 2.4+, openvmtools uses euidaccess(), which is not implemented on uClibc. But since uClibc fakes being a glibc-2.10, openvmtools believes it can use euidaccess(), and thus we get a linking error. packages/linux-pam: disable when using musl

Fixes: http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/e33/e337d69420ad00b2cc4017d639a31803926f2353/ linux-pam needs some surgery to build under musl, so for the time being disable it until the issues are solved.
