Patches 0001 to 0004 were upstream backports, so they have been dropped. Patch 0005 has been upstreamed as commit https://github.com/kcat/openal-soft/commit/af5fb3d6e73ac5e7f015011974c7a7443ae6744b. package: use SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2/LGPLv2+

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2/LGPLv2+ is LGPL-2.0/LGPL-2.0+. openal: fix atomic handling

openal can uses __atomic_*() intrinsics when available, or fall-back on __sync_*() built-ins. This commit adjusts the package to take into account for those dependencies, and makes sure we link against libatomic when gcc >= 4.8 so that the __atomic_*() intrinsics can be used on all architectures.
