We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+. Fixes http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/036/036c9088cfaae421c15b650f35e7ffe6ab934031/ libmysqlclient needs -lz to build, so we have to pass it explicitly for static builds. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable
