<title>package/cryptodev: properly declare providers</title>

cryptodev-linux and ocf-linux are providers of the cryptodev virtual
package, so they must declare themselves as such.

We do not have any problem for now, as the only consumer (openssl) of
both cryptodev-linux and ocf-linux did not depend on the virtual package
but on each provider. The other consumer is gnutls, but has only a
dependency on cryptodev-linux.

However, openssl can be turned into a proper consumer of the virtual
package, which would trigger the bug.

For the sake of correctness, make both cryptodev-linux and ocf-linux
declare themselves as providers for the cryptodev virtual package.

We have a patch that makes ocf-linux' Makefile basically only call to
the Linux buildsystem, with commands basically like:
    make -C $(LINUX_DIR) M=$(pwd) modules

which is basically what our new kernel-module infra basically does.

Remove our patch since it is basically no longer needed.

<title>package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packages</title>

Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of
autobuild failures:
    http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/9fb/9fba5bf086a4e7a29e5f7156ec43847db7aacfc4/
    http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/6c8/6c837b244c45ac3b3a887734a371cd6d226cf216/
    ...

Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos
etht did not already have it).

We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them
all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally
computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades
the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the
corresponding .hash file.

Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since
sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak.

<title>ocf-linux: remove extension and build out of tree</title>

Remove the OCF linux kernel extension instead opting to build ocf-linux
modules out of tree.
This is easier for users since no kernel config tweaking is required.
On the downside the OCF drivers can't be used, but then all of the
kernel crypto drivers are available to users via cryptosoft which is
preferred.
Also remove it from the menu to utilize a virtual.

Also remove the redundant $(call ...).

This is a purely mechanical change, performed with
