Remove patch (rejected upstream: https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/merge_requests/25), an other solution has been preferred: https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/commit/78db40f25c6479b14da5a73adf7207bfbec5ccc5). mutt: fix static build with libidn2 and libunistring

When libidn2 is statically build with libunistring support, mutt needs to add -lunistring to LIBS. mutt: fix build with BR2_PACKAGE_SKELETON_NONE

BR2_PACKAGE_SKELETON_NONE does not provide the /var subdirectory which breaks symlink creation in that directory. Make sure that /var exists before creating the symlink. 0001-nodoc.patch is no longer necessary since a new --disable-doc configure option has been added by this commit: https://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/rev/b45bfce1bb0e Use that option and remove the patch. We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.
