Remove patch (rejected upstream:
https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/merge_requests/25), an other solution
has been preferred:
https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/commit/78db40f25c6479b14da5a73adf7207bfbec5ccc5). This
other solution doesn't require pkg-config, so we can drop the
host-pkgconf dependency.

<title>mutt: fix static build with libidn2 and libunistring</title>

When libidn2 is statically build with libunistring support, mutt needs
to add -lunistring to LIBS.
To do that, add a call to PKG_CHECK_MODULES to retrieve this information
from libidn2.pc

BR2_PACKAGE_SKELETON_NONE does not provide the /var subdirectory which
breaks symlink creation in that directory. Make sure that /var exists
before creating the symlink.

0001-nodoc.patch is no longer necessary since a new --disable-doc
configure option has been added by this commit:
  https://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/rev/b45bfce1bb0e

Use that option and remove the patch. Since we are not patching
Makefile.am we also don't need to autoreconf.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.

This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\&lt;GPLv2\&gt;/GPL-2.0/g'
