package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warnings

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62 characters. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text. Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni

msgpack: bump version to 2.1.5

Modern versions of msgpack are hosted on Github. Msgpack switched their build systems from autotools to cmake a while back. The licence was also updated from Apache to Boost. msgpack: rework BR2_ARCH_HAS_ATOMICS dependency

The msgpack source code indeed checks for the 4 bytes __sync built-in, so this commit switches the package from a BR2_ARCH_HAS_ATOMICS dependency to a BR2_TOOLCHAIN_HAS_SYNC_4 dependency. python-msgpack, a reverse dependency of msgpack, is changed in the same way. package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packages

Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos etht did not already have it). We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the corresponding .hash file. Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak. Signed-off-by: "Yann E. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable
