msgpack: fix build without threads support

Some example code depends on pthreads, and we generally don't build examples in Buildroot, so disable their build. msgpack: bump version to 2.1.5

Modern versions of msgpack are hosted on Github. Msgpack switched their build systems from autotools to cmake a while back. The licence was also updated from Apache to Boost. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk: $(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE)) so it is redundant. This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency. Signed-off-by: Jerzy Grzegorek Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni
