Also add hash file and remove the m4 directory creation from the monit.mk
which is now in the source tree.

[Thomas: as suggested by Baruch, keep only upstream sha256 hash.]

To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.

Sed command used:

Static linking with glibc is not really supported, because of the NSS
libraries that are still to be dynamically-loaded at runtime.

Also, Buildroot explicitly does not support statically linking with
glibc.

<title>package: remove the trailing slash sign from &lt;PKG&gt;_SITE variable</title>

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:

$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))

so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
