Therefore, this commit updates the libuv package with this additional dependency. The reverse dependencies of libuv are also updated: luv, luvi and moarvm. Instead, make it depend on the host-pkgconf package and specify the path to our pkgconfig binary by using the --pkgconfig configure option.
