package/l*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter l in the package directory. lua-cjson: use LUA_CJSON_SUBDIR

package/luainterpreter: rename the _HAS and _PROVIDES variables

The basic rule for a package is to have its options named after the package name. There is no reason this should not also be the case for virtual packages.
