The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with the letter l in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+. libstrophe.a and libcrypto.a have symbols with equal names, so executables can't be statically linked with libstrophe and openssl: sha1dgst.c:(.text+0x1b4c): multiple definition of `SHA1_Update' sha1dgst.c:(.text+0x1cc0): multiple definition of `SHA1_Final' sha1dgst.c:(.text+0x1e78): multiple definition of `SHA1_Init Renaming the internal SHA functions fixes the problem.
