Retrieve a patch from upstream to include config.h otherwise build will
fail when trying to redefine strndup:
libmpd-internal.h:210:10: error: expected identifier or '(' before '__extension__'
 char *   strndup     (const char *s, size_t n);

Indeed, without an include on config.h, HAVE_STRNDUP won't be defined

We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.

This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\&lt;GPLv2\&gt;/GPL-2.0/g'

The old and new URLs are equivalent, but the new URL is not specific
to an older version of libmpd, which seems more logical.

<title>libglib2: needs threads</title>

This commit adds a dependency of the libglib2 package on thread
support in the toolchain, since upstream libglib2 doesn't build
without thread support. The commit is rather large as it involves
propagating the dependency on thread support to all reverse
dependencies of the libglib2 package.

[Thomas: squash all patches into one, make a few minor fixes, the most
important one being to not add comments about MMU requirement when a
package doesn't work on !MMU platforms.]
