package/lib*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with lib in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for BSD-3c is BSD-3-Clause. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk: $(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE)) so it is redundant. This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency. Signed-off-by: Jerzy Grzegorek Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni

libmbus: fix upstream location

The libmbus tarball is no longer available at http://www.freescada.com/public-dist. Apparently, the new upstream is at http://www.rscada.se/libmbus/ and tarballs are at http://www.rscada.se/public-dist/. Without this patch, the current download of libmbus-0.8.0.tar.gz downloads an HTML document with an error, which cannot be extracted, obviously.
