lcdproc: bump to version 0.5.9

package/lcdproc: remove freetype installation prefixes

Since [1] (freetype 2.8), freetype-config is now a wrapper of pkg-config. So we don't need to pass the freetype installation prefixes on the configure command line anymore. Setting freetype prefixes on the command line append the result returned by pkg-config and the one provided on the command line. We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.
