kvmtool: add patches fixing build warnings with musl

kvmtool: fix build with kernel headers >= 4.12

In Linux 4.12, the header has been removed from the set of headers exported to userspace. Therefore, it cannot be used by kvmtool anymore. This commit takes the simple approach of duplicating inside kvmtool the MSR_* definitions that were used from this header. package/k*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter k in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+. package/kvmtool: fix a musl build issue on ARM

We simply bump the version rather than backport the patch, as there has been only very few, minor commits in-between. The kvmtool build with musl still produce some warning but they are fixed with the current master 0093df80 (kvmtool: Makefile: disable PIE build for bios and pre_init). So the next version bump should fixes them. Replace (e)glibc by glibc

Following the removal of eglibc support, this commit replaces all occurences of "(e)glibc" by just "glibc". Most of the occurences are in package Config.in comments. In addition, when the form "an (e)glibc ..." was used, it is replaced by "a glibc ...".
