For the autoconf-based build system it was necessary to allow each supported architecture separatly: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/Krypton/m4/xbmc_arch.m4 For the CMake build system this is not necessary anymore so we only blacklist archs in Config.in known to be broken. package/k*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter k in the package directory. Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers should also not refer to it. generic packages: use $(HOST_DIR) instead of $(HOST_DIR)/usr as prefix

Remove the redundant usr/ component of the HOST_DIR paths. Since a previous commit added a symlink from $(HOST_DIR)/usr to $(HOST_DIR), everything keeps on working.
