package/i*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter i in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause. Fixes: ESNET-SECADV-2016-0001 - A malicious process can connect to an iperf3 server and, by sending a malformed message on the control channel, corrupt the server process's heap area. This can lead to a crash (and a denial of service), or theoretically a remote code execution as the user running the iperf3 server.
