Enable static build. gawk builds statically just fine. The shared library check has been removed in 4.1.1. Remove the symlink force hunk from the no-versioned patch. The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter g in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+. package: move busybox show others dependency to per-package

Having the BR2_PACKAGE_BUSYBOX_SHOW_OTHERS dependencies in package/Config.in is not very practical: it makes this file not very readable, and puts the dependency away from the package itself, which can sometimes be confusing. The gawk debugger can optionally use readline for user input during the debugging session (for the usual autocompletion and stuff).
