package/f*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter f in the package directory. fbdump is a simple tool to capture snapshots from the Linux kernel framebuffer device and write them out as a PPM file. Currently, most packed-pixel framebuffer formats and the vga16 framebuffer are supported.
