In commit 3e79bd3f456cef12886ac6b086c8bc78e3e520f8 ("crda: bump
version to 4.14"), the value of CRDA_SOURCE was changed to use what is
the default value for &lt;pkg&gt;_SOURCE, triggering a warning from
check-package:

package/crda/crda.mk:8: remove default value of _SOURCE variable (http://nightly.buildroot.org/#generic-package-reference)

This commit fixes that by dropping CRDA_SOURCE entirely.

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with
the letter c in the package directory.

The appropriate indentation is: &lt;tab&gt;&lt;2 spaces&gt;&lt;62 chars&gt;
See http://nightly.buildroot.org/#writing-rules-config-in for more
information.

Building crda with GCC 6 fails because of all compiler warnings are treated as
errors. Disable the compiler option '-Werror':

keys-gcrypt.c:94:32: error: ‘keys’ defined but not used [-Werror=unused-const-variable=]
 static const struct key_params keys[] = {
                                ^~~~
cc1: all warnings being treated as errors

Add a patch to drop '-Werror' from CFLAGS.

Add an upstream-submitted (but not accepted) patch in order to allow
crda to be built with python2 as well as python3.
This drops m2crypto usage (python2-only) in favour of pycrypto which can
be built against both major versions.

See the conclusion about external toolchains during the Buildroot
meeting [1]:
"In the future, we stick to a single external toolchain version. The
Kconfig symbol should not encode the version (avoid legacy handling)"

<title>crda: remove static library handling</title>

In commit d54418f2bcd9267fd049511d6236fb91c83b94ea ("crda: fix static
build failure"), some static linking handling was added in crda. But
in a later commit, 7c08fa935f55d108e20834e6b4bba664e1d2d408 ("crda:
needs dynamic library support"), crda was marked as not available for
static only builds.

This means that the static linking logic in crda.mk is now just dead
code, so this commit gets rid of it.
