axel: use the new gettext logic

This commit switches to use the new gettext logic, which involves: - using TARGET_NLS_DEPENDENCIES instead of hand-encoded dependencies on gettext/host-gettext - using TARGET_NLS_LIBS to force linking against libintl - dropping BR2_PACKAGE_GETTEXT selection Note that -lpthread is no longer needed for -lintl, but axel uses pthread directly anyway, so we have to keep -lpthread as part of LDFLAGS. Finally, we now use BR2_SYSTEM_ENABLE_NLS to decide whether NLS support should be enabled or not. Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with the letter a in the package directory. .mk files: bulk aligment and whitespace cleanup of assignments

The Buildroot coding style defines one space around make assignments and does not align the assignment symbols. This patch does a bulk fix of offending packages. The package infrastructures (or more in general assignments to calculated variable names, like $(2)_FOO) are not touched. Alignment of line continuation characters (\) is kept as-is. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable
