We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.

This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g'

The _SITE has a git:// URL, so _SITE_METHOD is not needed.

aer-inject allows to inject PCIE AER errors on the software level into
a running Linux kernel. This is intended for validation of the PCIE
driver error recovery handler and PCIE AER core handler.

[Thomas:
- tweak commit log
- rewrap Config.in help text
- remove useless AER_INJECT_MAKE_OPTS variable, use
 TARGET_CONFIGURE_OPTS directly
- add missing newline at end of .mk file.]
