This will be used in packages that depend on gnu-efi, and we take this
opportunity to propagate this dependency where it was missing in
gummiboot and syslinux. In practice, it was not a problem because
gummiboot and syslinux are only available on i386 and x86-64, which is
a subset of the architectures supported by gnu-efi.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2.1/LGPLv2.1+ is LGPL-2.1/LGPL-2.1+.

This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/LGPLv2.1(\+)?/LGPL-2.1\1/g'

Commit 006a328ad6be ("util-linux: fix build with ncurses") removed
dependency on BR2_USE_WCHAR, but failed to update the reverse
dependencies of util-linux.

This commit fixes all such reverse dependencies by removing dependency
on BR2_USE_WCHAR as it is not required by package itself.

The git:// protocol may not go through conservative corporate firewalls.
Use http, that goes out through about anything.

Drop the buildroot toolchain non-largefile support option since it's
being removed.

To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.

Sed command used:
 find * -type f | xargs sed -i 's#_CONF_OPT\>#&S#g'
