* | netlabel: Add a generic way to create ordered linked lists of network addrs | Paul Moore | 2008-10-10 | 1 | -1/+2 |
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Create an ordered IP address linked list mechanism similar to the core kernel's linked list construct. The idea behind this list functionality is to create an extensibile linked list ordered by IP address mask to ease the matching of network addresses. The linked list is ordered with larger address masks at the front of the list and shorter address masks at the end to facilitate overriding network entries with individual host or subnet entries. * | [NetLabel]: core NetLabel subsystem | Paul Moore | 2006-09-22 | 1 | -0/+16 |
Add a new kernel subsystem, NetLabel, to provide explicit packet labeling services (CIPSO, RIPSO, etc.) to LSM developers. NetLabel is designed to work in conjunction with a LSM to intercept and decode security labels on incoming network packets as well as ensure that outgoing network packets are labeled according to the security mechanism employed by the LSM. The NetLabel subsystem is configured through a Generic NETLINK interface described in the header files included in this patch. Signed-off-by: Paul Moore <paul.moore@hp.com> Signed-off-by: David S.
