The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related
files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev
device drivers, fbdev framework files.
Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev
directory, and move all fbdev related files there.
No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some
subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this
patch.

This is necessary in order to make the core set file->private_data to
miscdev in use. We need that information later to dereference the
container of the device, so we can get access to our private struct from
other callbacks.

Instead of passing around struct platform_device, use struct device.
That saves one level of dereference. Also, call platform devices pdev,
and provide a shortcut for &pdev->dev.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure, since commit 0998d0631001288a5974afc0b2a5f568bcdecb4d
(device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound).
Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

If wait_event_interruptible_timeout returns a positive value, it means
the condition evaluated is true. Which means priv->shared->hw_running is false.
And then we will exit the loop.
This patch simplifies the logic to exit the while loop.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/video/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).
So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

This adds a driver for the the 2D graphics accelerator found on PXA3xx
processors. Only resource mapping, interrupt handling and a simple ioctl
handler is done by the kernel part, the rest of the logic is implemented
in DirectFB userspace.
Graphic applications greatly benefit for line drawing, blend, and
rectangle and triangle filling operations.
Benchmarks done on a PXA303 using the df_dok benchmarking tool follow,
where the value in square brackets show the CPU usage during that test.
Without accelerator (benchmarking 256x252 on 480x262 RGB16 (16bit)):
Anti-aliased Text 3.016 secs ( 65.649 KChars/sec) [ 99.6%]
