Individual controller driver has different requirement for wakeup
setting, so move it from core to itself. In order to align with
current etting the default wakeup setting is enabled (except for
chipidea host).
Pass compile test with below commands:
make O=outout/all allmodconfig
make -j$CPU_NUM O=outout/all drivers/usb

Suspend scenario in case of ohci-da8xx glue was not
properly handled as it was not suspending generic part
of ohci controller. Alan Stern suggested, properly handle
ohci-da8xx suspend scenario.
Calling explicitly the ohci_suspend()
routine in ohci_da8xx_suspend() will ensure proper
handling of suspend scenario.

Commit 0998d06310 (device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no
driver is bound) removes the need to set driver data field to
NULL.

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.
This moves such data out of the davinci include directories

The Davinci USB platform device (in mach-davinci/usb.c) uses "ohci"
as the name. To allow autoloading of the relevant driver, the module
needs to set the MODULE_ALIAS.

Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.
Done via coccinelle scripts like:
@@
struct resource *ptr;
@@
- ptr->end - ptr->start + 1
+ resource_size(ptr)
and some grep and typing.
Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

It appears that the DA8xx/OMAP-L1x glue layer went into the kernel uncompilable:
commit 1960e693ac12ae5fe518309d6a63a44c93fad9e7 (davinci: da8xx/omapl1: add
support for the second sysconfig module) has renamed DA8XX_SYSCFG_* macros to
DA8XX_SYSCFG0_* and it's been committed before the glue layer...

Texas Instruments DA8xx/OMAP-L1x OHCI glue layer.
This OHCI implementation is not without quirks: there's only one physical port
despite the root hub reporting two; the port's power control and over-current
status bits are not connected to any pins, however, at least on the DA830 EVM
board, those signals are connected via GPIO, thus the provision was made for
overriding the OHCI port power and over-current bits at the board level...
