Pull spi updates from Mark Brown:
"No framework work here, only a bunch of driver updates of varying
sizes:
- Factoring out of the core hardware support from the MXS MMC driver
by Marek Vasut to allow the hardware to also be used for SPI.
- Lots of error handling cleanups from Guenter Roeck
- Removal of the existing Tegra driver which is quite comprehensively
broken as detailed in the changelog for the removal.
- DT suppport for the PL022 and GPIO drivers.
- pinctrl support for OMAP and PL022."
Pulling from Mark Brown as Grant Likely is still busy moving.

The call sequence spi_alloc_master/spi_register_master/spi_unregister_master
is complete; it reduces the device reference count to zero, which results in
device memory being freed. An extra call to spi_master_put is unnecessary
and results in an access to free memory. Drop it.
Also, the device subsystem resets device driver data to NULL after the call to
the remove function returns, so there is no need to do it here.

Trivial simplification. Instead of requiring spi master drivers to
always set the bus number (even when a dynamic number is desired),
this patch modifies spi_alloc_master() to initialize num_chipselect to
1 (because there will always be at least one CS) and bus_num to -1 for
dynamic allocation. This simplifies the code needed to be written for
drivers.

Convert current users to use new wrappers instead of direct calls.

We found that adding load, Rx data sometimes drops.(with DMA transfer mode)
The cause is that before starting Rx-DMA processing, Tx-DMA processing starts.
This causes FIFO overrun occurs.
This patch fixes the issue by modifying FIFO tx-threshold and DMA descriptor
size like below.
Current this patch
Rx-descriptor 4Byte+12Byte*341 --> 12Byte*340-4Byte-12Byte
Rx-threshold (Not modified)
Tx-descriptor 4Byte+12Byte*341 --> 16Byte-12Byte*340
Rx-threshold 12Byte --> 2Byte

This change also rolls the contents of atmel_spi.h into the .c file

be the predominant pattern for subsystem prefixes.
