* RTC: Cleanup rtc_class_ops->update_irq_enable()John Stultz2011-03-091-21/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Now that the generic code handles UIE mode irqs via periodic alarm interrupts, no one calls the rtc_class_ops->update_irq_enable() method anymore. This patch removes the driver hooks and implementations of update_irq_enable if no one else is calling it. * rtc: Suppress duplicate enable/disable of WM8350 update interruptMark Brown2010-03-071-0/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | Unlike the wm8350-custom code genirq nests enable and disable calls so we can't just unconditionally mask or unmask the interrupt, we need to remember the state we set and only mask or unmask when there is a real change. * mfd: Mask and unmask wm8350 IRQs on request and freeMark Brown2009-12-131-6/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Bring the WM8350 IRQ API more in line with the generic IRQ API by masking and unmasking interrupts as they are requested and freed. This is mostly just a case of deleting the mask and unmask calls from the individual drivers. The RTC driver is changed to mask the periodic IRQ after requesting it rather than only unmasking the alarm IRQ. If the periodic IRQ fires in the period where it is reqested then there will be a spurious notification but there should be no serious consequences from this. The CODEC drive is changed to explicitly disable headphone jack detection prior to requesting the IRQs. This will avoid the IRQ firing with no jack set up. * mfd: Convert wm8350 IRQ handlers to irq_handler_tMark Brown2009-12-131-6/+12
| | | | | | | | | This is done as simple code transformation, the semantics of the IRQ API provided by the core are are still very different to those of genirq (mainly with regard to masking). * rtc: rtc-wm8350: add support for WM8350 RTCMark Brown2008-11-121-0/+514
This adds support for the RTC provided by the Wolfson Microelectronics WM8350. This driver was originally written by Graeme Gregory and Liam Girdwood, though it has been modified since then to update it to current mainline coding standards and for API completeness.
