Use a single mechanism to show driver version.
Reduces text a tiny bit too.
Remove uses of static int printed_version
Add and use ata_print_version(const struct device *, const char *ver)
and ata_print_version_once.

Separate out ata_pci_bmdma_prepare_host() and ata_pci_bmdma_init_one()
from their SFF counterparts. SFF ones no longer try to initialize
BMDMA or set PCI master.

pata_sch is standard SFF. No reason to open code init. Use
ata_pci_sff_init_one() instead.
