As audmux becomes a platform driver and its callers are all ASoC
machine drivers, there is no reason to keep it in arch folder, so
move it to sound/soc/imx.
One bonus point would be those ASoC machine drivers stop including
mach/audmux.h, since it's been moved to sound/soc/imx/imx-audmux.h.
This should be a move to the right direction in terms of single kernel
image goal.

This has been a very active release for ASoC, as well as the usual raft
of bugfixes and driver updates there's quite a few framework enhancements.
Most are either small or are laying the groundwork for user visible
features (especially dynamic PCM), the most directly visible change is
the dmaengine library. There's also a bunch of regmap API enhancements
pulled into the tree so that either the framework or drivers can take
advantage of the new features.
Changes include:
- Support for widgets not associated with a CODEC, an important part of
the dynamic PCM framework.
- A library factoring out the common code shared by dmaengine based DMA
drivers contributed by Lars-Peter Clausen. This will save a lot of
code and make it much easier to deploy enhancements to dmaengine.
- Support for binary controls, used for providing runtime configuration
of algorithm coefficients.
- A new DAPM widget type for regulator supplies allowing drivers for
devices that can power down unused supplies while active to do without
any per-driver code.
- DAPM widgets for DAIs, initially giving a speed boost for playback
startup and shutdown and also the basis for CODEC<->CODEC DAI link
support.
- Support for specifying the number of significant bits on audio
interfaces, useful for allowing applications to know how much effort to
put into generating data for a larger sample format.
- Conversion of the FSI driver used on some SH processors to DMAEngine.
- New CODEC drivers for Maxim MAX9768 and Wolfson Microelectronics WM2200.

Current FSI got each PortA/B parameter by porta_flags/portb_flags from platform.
And .set_rate function was shared for PortA/B.
This structure was not readable and not flexible.
This patch adds sh_fsi_port_info, and its own settings was added on each platform.

A reasonable amount of new development is causing fiddly merge conflicts

Both the Snapper CL15 and EDB93xx audio drivers set the same audio
configuration in ep93xx_i2s_acquire. Remove the arguments to
ep93xx_i2s_acquire so that the audio drivers no longer need the
EP93XX_SYSCON defines exported.

Drive the two Bluetooth UART output GPIOs (GPIO43_BTUART_TXD, GPIO45_BTUART_RTS)
LOW during sleep mode instead of HIGH. This reduces sleep mode battery discharge
from approximately 46 mA to approximately 30 mA.

GPIO105 (nIR_ON) is requested twice: first in gpio_request_array(), then in
pxa_irda_probe(). Consequently the second request fails with EBUSY:
pxa2xx-ir: probe of pxa2xx-ir failed with error -16
This patch removes the first request, allowing pxa_irda_probe() to succeed.

Commit f0fbf0abc093 ("x86: integrate delay functions") converted
delay_tsc() into a random delay generator for 64 bit. The reason is
that it merged the mostly identical versions of delay_32.c and
delay_64.c. Though the subtle difference of the result was:

Now the function uses rdtscl() which returns the lower 32bit of the
TSC. On 32bit that's not problematic as unsigned long is 32bit. On 64
bit this fails when the lower 32bit are close to wrap around when
bclock is read, because the following check
if ((now - bclock) >= loops)
break;
evaluated to true on 64bit for e.g. bclock = 0xffffffff and now = 0
because the unsigned long (now - bclock) of these values results in
0xffffffff00000001 which is definitely larger than the loops
value. That explains Tvortkos observation:
"Because I am seeing udelay(500) (_occasionally_) being short, and
that by delaying for some duration between 0us (yep) and 491us."
Make those variables explicitely u32 again, so this works for both 32
and 64 bit.

There was a latent typo in the C6X KSTK_EIP and KSTK_ESP macros which
caused a problem with a new patch which used them. The broken definitions
were of the form:

Note the use of task vs tsk. This actually worked before because the
only place in the kernel which used these macros passed in a local
pointer named task.

Add missing break statement in the function omap3xxx_check_revision.
The commit id 4390f5b2cb1f56 [ARM: OMAP: TI814X: Add cpu type macros
and detection support], removed the 'break' statement from the function
omap3xxx_check_revision(), resulting into wrong omap/cpu_revision
initialization for AM335x devices.

VUSB is a fixed regulator, so get rid of the apply_uV constraint
for it, which fixes the following error seen at boot on omap4
SDP and PANDA boards.

ARM: OMAP4: PRM: use PRCM interrupt handler
introduced the PRCM interrupt handler and thus the need
for 64 more interrupts. Since SPARSE_IRQ is still not fully
functional on OMAP, the NR_IRQS needs to be updated to avoid
the failure that happen during irq_alloc_descs call inside
the PRCM driver:

Later the mux framework is then unable to request an IRQ from
the PRCM interrupt handler.

Fix that by adding 64 more interrupts for OMAP2PLUS config.

When a CPU is taken out of reset, either cold booted or hotplugged in,
some of its PMU registers can contain UNKNOWN values.
This patch adds a hotplug notifier to ARM core perf code so that upon
CPU restart the PMU unit is reset and becomes ready to use again.

xscale2 PMUs indicate overflow not via the PMU control register, but by
a separate overflow FLAG register instead.
This patch fixes the xscale2 PMU code to use this register to detect
to overflow and ensures that we clear any pending overflow when
disabling a counter.

The PMU IRQ handlers in perf assume that if a counter has overflowed
then perf must be responsible. In the paranoid world of crazy hardware,
this could be false, so check that we do have a valid event before
attempting to dereference NULL in the interrupt path.

When disabling a counter on an ARMv7 PMU, we should also clear the
overflow flag in case an overflow occurred whilst stopping the counter.
This prevents a spurious overflow being picked up later and leading to
either false accounting or a NULL dereference.

On ARM, the PMU does not stop counting after an overflow and therefore
IRQ latency affects the new counter value read by the kernel. This is
significant for non-sampling runs where it is possible for the new value
to overtake the previous one, causing the delta to be out by up to
max_period events.
Commit a737823d ("ARM: 6835/1: perf: ensure overflows aren't missed due
to IRQ latency") attempted to fix this problem by allowing interrupt
handlers to pass an overflow flag to the event update function, causing
the overflow calculation to assume that the counter passed through zero
when going from prev to new. Unfortunately, this doesn't work when
overflow occurs on the perf_task_tick path because we have the flag
cleared and end up computing a large negative delta.
This patch removes the overflow flag from armpmu_event_update and
instead limits the sample_period to half of the max_period for
non-sampling profiling runs.
