* sparc,leon: Introduce the sparc-leon CPU type.Konrad Eisele2009-08-171-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Add sparc_leon enum, M_LEON|M_LEON3_SOC machine. Add compilation of leon.c in mm and kernel if CONFIG_SPARC_LEON is defined. Add sparc_leon dependent initialization to switch statements + head.S. Signed-off-by: Konrad Eisele <konrad@gaisler.com> Reviewed-by: Sam Ravnborg <sam@ravnborg.org> Signed-off-by: David S. * cpumask: use mm_cpumask() wrapper: sparcRusty Russell2009-03-161-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Makes code futureproof against the impending change to mm->cpu_vm_mask. It's also a chance to use the new cpumask_ ops which take a pointer (the older ones are deprecated, but there's no hurry for arch code). Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
* sparc: Include drivers/pcmcia/KconfigDavid S. Miller2008-12-041-0/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Stephen Rothwell pointed out that pcmcia can't be enabled on sparc64. There is an empty non-prompt PCMCIA explicit entry in arch/sparc/Kconfig but that doesn't do anything. 32-bit sparc needs a small hack to make this work, since it doesn't use the generic IRQ layer yes. We have to provide a dummy definition of probe_irq_mask(), since this is used by the yenta socket driver. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* sysctl: Use header file for sysctl knob declarations on sparc.David S. Miller2008-09-111-0/+1
| | | | | | | This also takes care of a sparse warning as scons_pwroff's definition point. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* sparc: remove CONFIG_SUN4Adrian Bunk2008-08-311-7/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | While doing some easy cleanups on the sparc code I noticed that the CONFIG_SUN4 code seems to be worse than the rest - there were some "I don't know how it should work, but the current code definitely cannot work." places. And while I have seen people running Linux on machines like a SPARCstation 5 a few years ago I don't recall having seen sun4 machines, even less ones running Linux. * sparc, sparc64: use arch/sparc/includeSam Ravnborg2008-07-271-0/+288
The majority of this patch was created by the following script: *** ASM=arch/sparc/include/asm mkdir -p $ASM git mv include/asm-sparc64/ftrace.h $ASM git rm include/asm-sparc64/* git mv include/asm-sparc/* $ASM sed -ie 's/asm-sparc64/asm/g' $ASM/* sed -ie 's/asm-sparc/asm/g' $ASM/* *** The rest was an update of the top-level Makefile to use sparc for header files when sparc64 is being build. And a small fixlet to pick up the correct unistd.h from sparc64 code. Signed-off-by: Sam Ravnborg <sam@ravnborg.org>
