* net: fix IBM EMAC driver after rename.Tony Breeds2011-08-181-4/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In commit 9aa3283595451ca093500ff0977b106e1f465586 (ehea/ibm*: Move the IBM drivers) the IBM_NEW_EMAC* were renames to IBM_EMAC* The conversion was incomplete so that even if the driver was added to the .config it wasn't built, but there were no errors). In this commit we also update the various defconfigs that use EMAC to use the new Kconfig symbol, and explicitly add the NET_VENDOR_IBM guard. We do not explicitly select the Kconfig dependencies, as this would force EMAC on. Doing it in the defconfig allows more flexibility. Tested on a canyondlands board. * kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERTDavid Rientjes2011-01-201-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the option is used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope than only small devices. This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixes references to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDED option is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled and can be used in the future to isolate options that should only be considered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc). Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: only expert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes they are making should enable it. * powerpc/4xx: Disable PCI_LEGACYJosh Boyer2009-06-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | The single board defconfig files were missed during the cleanup of CONFIG_PCI_LEGACY in the multi-board config files. This disables the option for the single board configs, as it isn't used by anything for these boards. * [POWERPC] 4xx: Reorganize 4xx defconfigsJosh Boyer2008-04-151-0/+839
Board specific defconfigs are useful, however with the ability to do multi-board defconfigs they aren't needed in the top level configs directory. Move the 4xx board specific defconfigs to individual directories under arch/powerpc/configs. Signed-off-by: Josh Boyer <jwboyer@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
