* Blackfin: H8606: move 8250 irqflags to platform resourcesMike Frysinger2010-10-221-0/+2
| | | | | | | Now that the common 8250 serial driver supports an "irqflags" field, we don't need to patch in a custom define into the code. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: boards: add example i2c resources for ad525x devicessteven miao2010-10-221-0/+5
| | | | | Signed-off-by: steven miao <realmz6@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: i2c-gpio boards: use GPIO_PF# definesMike Frysinger2010-10-223-6/+6
| | | | | | Rather than use raw numbers for the GPIO pins, use proper GPIO defines. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: boards: use proper irq flags with isp1362-hcdMichael Hennerich2010-10-222-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | With the recent kernel update the isp1362-hcd driver evaluates the IORESOURCE_IRQ resource flags and requests the irq with the given polarity/edge settings. However the ISP1362 config requires low level/edge interrupts. Most of the Blackfin boards use some random flag or no flag at all. Make all boards use a know good flag IORESOURCE_IRQ_LOWEDGE. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: boards: update AD183x resourcesBarry Song2010-10-224-16/+18
| | | | | | | Make sure we use the right Kconfig names and platform strings. Signed-off-by: Barry Song <barry.song@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: punt short SPI MMR bit namesMike Frysinger2010-10-221-70/+0
| | | | | | | Now that the common header defines everything and the SPI drivers are using it, we can drop these duplicated global namespace polluters. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: Rename IRQ flags handling functionsDavid Howells2010-10-072-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Rename h/w IRQ flags handling functions to be in line with what is expected for the irq renaming patch. This renames local_*_hw() to hard_local_*() using the following perl command: perl -pi -e 's/local_irq_(restore|enable|disable)_hw/hard_local_irq_\1/ or s/local_irq_save_hw([_a-z]*)[(]flags[)]/flags = hard_local_irq_save\1()/' `find arch/blackfin/ -name "*.[ch]"` and then fixing up asm/irqflags.h manually. Additionally, arch/hard_local_save_flags() and arch/hard_local_irq_save() both return the flags rather than passing it through the argument list. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
* Blackfin: Split the BF532 BFIN_*_FIO_FLAG() functions to their own headerDavid Howells2010-10-075-47/+58
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Split the BF532 machine type BFIN_*_FIO_FLAG() functions to their own header file to avoid circular #include problems as these functions require IRQ flag handling, which requires asm/blackfin.h, which otherwise requires the header file that defines these functions. For good measure, also get rid of the inclusion of asm/blackfin.h from mach/cdefBF532.h (which is circular) and defBF532.h (which is included by asm/blackfin.h before including this header). Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
* Blackfin: Split PLL code from mach-specific cdef headersDavid Howells2010-10-072-44/+57
| | | | | | | Split the PLL control code from the Blackfin machine-specific cdef headers so that the irqflags functions can be renamed without incurring a header loop. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
* Blackfin: punt duplicate SPORT MMR definesMike Frysinger2010-08-271-92/+0
| | | | | | | The common bfin_sport.h header now has unified definitions of these, so stop polluting the global namespace. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: gpio/portmux: clean up whitespace corruptionMike Frysinger2010-08-062-17/+17
| | | | | | | Random tabs instead of spaces, mixes of the two, and unicode spaces instead of ascii spaces. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: add a GPIO_DEFAULT_BOOT_SPI_CSMike Frysinger2010-08-061-0/+1
| | | | | | | This is parallel to the existing P_DEFAULT_BOOT_SPI_CS, but in terms of the GPIO value so it can be used with the normal gpio API. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

* Blackfin: move SPORT UART resources to boards filesSonic Zhang2010-03-093-0/+189
| | | | | | | | | | Rather than keeping the pins in the actual driver and worrying about a mess of Kconfig options, declare all the desired pin resources in the boards file. This lets people easily select the specific pins/ports for the normal emulated UART as well as GPIOs for CTS/RTS. Signed-off-by: Sonic Zhang <sonic.zhang@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

* Blackfin: clean up bf537-lq035 board resourcesMichael Hennerich2009-12-152-12/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Now that the driver has been updated, convert the board resources to the new i2c framework for managing slaves. For boards that don't actually hook up to this hardware, simply drop the resources altogether. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: update anomaly listsMike Frysinger2009-11-251-4/+14
| | | | | | | | Add some recently documented anomalies (473, 474, 475, 477). Also stick a "do not edit" notice in here so people know these are copies of some master version. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: drop all simple-gpio board resourcesMike Frysinger2009-10-084-60/+0

* Blackfin: mass clean up of copyright/licensing infoRobin Getz2009-10-0716-364/+57
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Bill Gatliff & David Brownell pointed out we were missing some copyrights, and licensing terms in some of the files in ./arch/blackfin, so this fixes things, and cleans them up. It also removes: - verbose GPL text(refer to the top level ./COPYING file) - file names (you are looking at the file) - bug url (it's in the ./MAINTAINERS file) - "or later" on GPL-2, when we did not have that right It also allows some Blackfin-specific assembly files to be under a BSD like license (for people to use them outside of Linux). Signed-off-by: Robin Getz <robin.getz@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

* Blackfin: fix incomplete renaming of the bfin-twi-lcd driverMichael Hennerich2009-07-161-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | The sed used to rename the bfin-twi-lcd only replaced the first instance rather than all which led to the resources not being enabled when the driver was built as a module. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: fix wrong CTS inversionSonic Zhang2009-07-161-1/+1
| | | | | | | | The Blackfin serial headers were inverting the CTS value leading to wrong handling of the CTS line which broke CTS/RTS handling completely. Signed-off-by: Sonic Zhang <sonic.zhang@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: update anomaly lists to match latest sheets/usageGraf Yang2009-07-161-0/+1

* Blackfin: unify memory map headersMike Frysinger2009-06-222-48/+9
| | | | | | | | | | Many aspects of the Blackfin memory map is exactly the same across all variants. Rather than copy and paste all of these duplicated values in each header, unify all of these into the common Blackfin memory map header file. In the process, push down BF561 SMP specific stuff to the BF561 specific header to keep the noise down. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: update anomaly listsMike Frysinger2009-06-221-37/+40
| | | | | | Update anomaly headers to match latest released anomaly sheets. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: bf533-ezkit: add resources for FISP devicesMike Frysinger2009-06-221-0/+106
| | | | | | | | The BF533-EZKIT has two Flash In-System Programming devices hooked up to the async memory bus, so add resources for the primary flashes and the SRAMs on the devices. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: define SPI IRQ in board resourcesYi Li2009-06-135-0/+25
| | | | | | | | The Blackfin SPI driver can be driven by an IRQ now, so declare it in the board resources. Signed-off-by: Yi Li <yi.li@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* Blackfin: rename some Blackfin driversMike Frysinger2009-06-124-9/+9
