Platform data is provided for two instance of pl330 DMAC,
but only one DMAC is register with amba_device.
This patch register the second instance.

This patch makes Samsung EXYNOS4 to use DMA PL330 driver
on DMADEVICE. The EXYNOS4 uses DMA generic APIs instead of
SAMSUNG specific S3C-PL330 APIs.

This patch adds EXYNOS4 CPU support files in mach-exynos4,
and basically they are moved from mach-s5pv310 so that it
can support Samsung's new CPU name, EXYNOS4.
The EXYNOS4 ingegrates a ARM Cortex A9 multi-core.
