The system memory node for the OMAP2420 H4 was incorrectly defined as
start address followed by end address, instead of start address and
size. No noticable side-effects were observed but fix this for
correctness.

Since the board is based on OMAP2420 we should include the dedicated dtsi
file (which includes the common omap2 dtsi).

Simple DTS file for OMAP2420H4 board adding memory information to allow
device-tree testing on an OMAP2420. OMAP2420H4 board has 64MB of RAM.
Verified that kernel boots with DT using a simple RAMDISK file-system on
OMAP2420H4.
