commit c0b00a5 ("dma-buf: update debugfs output") modified the
default exporter name to be the KBUILD_MODNAME pre-processor
macro instead of __FILE__ but the documentation was not updated.
Also the "Supporting existing mmap interfaces in exporters" section
title seems wrong since talks about the interface used by importers.

Pull KVM updates from Paolo Bonzini:
"At over 200 commits, covering almost all supported architectures, this
was a pretty active cycle for KVM. Changes include:
- a lot of s390 changes: optimizations, support for migration, GDB
support and more
- ARM changes are pretty small: support for the PSCI 0.2 hypercall
interface on both the guest and the host (the latter acked by
Catalin)
- initial POWER8 and little-endian host support
- support for running u-boot on embedded POWER targets
- pretty large changes to MIPS too, completing the userspace
interface and improving the handling of virtualized timer hardware
- for x86, a larger set of changes is scheduled for 3.17. Still, we
have a few emulator bugfixes and support for running nested
fully-virtualized Xen guests (para-virtualized Xen guests have
always worked). And some optimizations too.
The only missing architecture here is ia64. It's not a coincidence
that support for KVM on ia64 is scheduled for removal in 3.17"

Patch queue for ppc - 2014-05-30
In this round we have a few nice gems. PR KVM gains initial POWER8 support
as well as LE host awareness, ihe e500 targets can now properly run u-boot,
LE guests now work with PR KVM including KVM hypercalls and HV KVM guests
can now use huge pages.
On top of this there are some bug fixes.

Commit b005255e12a3 ("KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: Context-switch new POWER8
SPRs") added a definition of KVM_REG_PPC_WORT with the same register
number as the existing KVM_REG_PPC_VRSAVE (though in fact the
definitions are not identical because of the different register sizes.)
For clarity, this moves KVM_REG_PPC_WORT to the next unused number,
and also adds it to api.txt.

Old guests try to use the magic page, but map their trampoline code inside
of an NX region.
Since we can't fix those old kernels, try to detect whether the guest is sane
or not. If not, just disable NX functionality in KVM so that old guests at
least work at all. For newer guests, add a bit that we can set to keep NX
functionality available.

The PSCI v0.2+ spec defines standard values for PSCI function IDs.
Add a new binding entry so that pre v0.2 implementations can
use DT entries for function IDs and v0.2+ implementations use
standard entries as defined by the PSCIv0.2 specification.

Currently, we don't have an exit reason to notify user space about
a system-level event (for e.g. system reset or shutdown) triggered
by the VCPU. This patch adds exit reason KVM_EXIT_SYSTEM_EVENT for
this purpose. We can also inform user space about the 'type' and
architecture specific 'flags' of a system-level event using the
kvm_run structure.
This newly added KVM_EXIT_SYSTEM_EVENT will be used by KVM ARM/ARM64
in-kernel PSCI v0.2 support to reset/shutdown VMs.

We have in-kernel emulation of PSCI v0.2 in KVM ARM/ARM64. To provide
PSCI v0.2 interface to VCPUs, we have to enable KVM_ARM_VCPU_PSCI_0_2
feature when doing KVM_ARM_VCPU_INIT ioctl.
The patch updates documentation of KVM_ARM_VCPU_INIT ioctl to provide
info regarding KVM_ARM_VCPU_PSCI_0_2 feature.

We sometimes need to get/set attributes specific to a virtual machine
and so need something else than ONE_REG.
Let's copy the KVM_DEVICE approach, and define the respective ioctls
for the vm file descriptor.

are not necessarily completely intuitive. This commit therefore

Commit 6bfc09e2327d (rcu: Provide RCU CPU stall warnings for tiny RCU)
moved the rcu_cpu_stall_suppress module parameter from rcutree.c to
rcupdate.c, but failed to update Documentation/RCU/stallwarn.txt. This
commit therefore repairs this omission.

The tps65090 regulator allows you to specify how long you want it to
wait before detecting an overcurrent condition. Allow specifying that
through the device tree (or through platform data).

Make FSL eSPI CSnBEF and CSnAFT fields in ESPI_SPMODEn registers
(n=0,1,2,3) configurable through device tree.
CSnBEF is the chip select setup time. It's the delay in bits from the
activation of chip select pin to the first clock for data frame.
CSnAFT is the chip select hold time. It's the delay in bits from the
last clock for data frame to the deactivation of chip select pin.
The FSL eSPI driver hardcodes CSnBEF and CSnAFT to 0. Need to set
them to a different value for some device.

- Antoine Tenart made the get_group_pins() vtable entry optional.
- Antoine also provides an entirely new driver for the Marvell Berlin

This patch adds pin definitiones for the MSM8x74 TLMM.
New definitions include:
BLSP devices (I2C, UART, SPI, and UIM), mi2s, gp clk,
pdm, gcc clk, cci_timer, cci_i2c, cam_clk, hsic, tsif,
sdc3, sdc4, and other assorted pins.

Add "power-source" property to generic options used for DT parsing files.
This enables drivers, which use generic pin configurations, to get the
value passed to this property.
