usb-storage: ignore Sitecom WL-117 USB-WLAN
The Sitecom WL-117 is another "driverless" ZD1211 device where the virtual windows driver CD must be ejected before the WLAN device appears. zd1211rw takes care of the ejecting, but usb-storage must be told not to claim the device.
