[PATCH] genirq: convert the x86_64 architecture to irq-chips
This patch converts all the x86_64 PIC controllers layers to the new and
simpler irq-chip interrupt handling layer.
[mingo@elte.hu: The patch also enables the fasteoi handler for x86_64]
