This series from Deepa Dinamani adds a per-superblock minimum/maximum timestamp limit for a file system, and clamps timestamps as they are written, to avoid random behavior from integer overflow as well as having different time stamps on disk vs in memory. At mount time, a warning is now printed for any file system that can represent current timestamps but not future timestamps more than 30 years into the future, similar to the arbitrary 30 year limit that was added to settimeofday(). Fill in the appropriate limits to avoid inconsistencies in the vfs cached inode times when timestamps are outside the permitted range. vfs: create a generic checking and prep function for FS_IOC_SETFLAGS

Create a generic function to check incoming FS_IOC_SETFLAGS flag values and later prepare the inode for updates so that we can standardize the implementations that follow ext4's flag values. Note that the efivarfs implementation no longer fails a no-op SETFLAGS without CAP_LINUX_IMMUTABLE since that's the behavior in ext*. Signed-off-by: Darrick J.
