Replace all the occurrences of FIELD_SIZEOF() with sizeof_field() except at places where these are defined. Later patches will remove the unused definition of FIELD_SIZEOF(). Currently driver waits for the command IOCTL from the firmware and if the firmware enters nonresponsive state, the driver doesn't respond till the firmware is responsive again. Check that firmware is alive, otherwise return -EBUSY. The problem is the driver detects FastResponse bit set and saves it to Fib's flags to not check IO response status, but it never clears it for next IO.
