dma_request_slave_channel() is a wrapper on top of dma_request_chan() eating up the error code. The dma_request_chan() is the standard API to request slave channel, clients should be moved away from the legacy API to allow us to retire them. ata: ahci: Add shutdown to freeze hardware resources of ahci

device_shutdown() called from reboot or power_shutdown expect all devices to be shutdown. Same is true for even ahci pci driver. As no ahci shutdown function is implemented, the ata subsystem always remains alive with DMA & interrupt support. File system related calls should not be honored after device_shutdown(). Resources such as clocks, PHYs, regulators are likely to get a probe deferral return code, which could lead to the AHCI controller being reset a few times until it gets successfully probed.
