* mmc: access mxcmmc from mx31 boardsHelmut Raiger2012-02-121-5/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch modifies mxcmmc.c to be used not only by i.MX27 but also by i.MX31 boards. Both use the same SD controller, but have different clock set-ups. The i.MX27 imx_get_XXXclock functions are made static to generic.c and a public mxc_get_clock() function is provided. Pins, base address and prototypes for an i.MX31 specific board_init_mmc() are provided. Some of the i.MX27 clock getters are unused and marked as such to avoid warnings (./MAKEALL -s mx27), but the code was left in for future use. * mmc: Implement card detection.Thierry Reding2012-01-081-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Check for card detect each time an MMC/SD device is initialized. If card detection is not implemented, this code behaves as before and continues assuming a card is present. If no card is detected, has_init is reset for the MMC/SD device (to force initialization next time) and an error is returned. * MMC: make b_max unconditionalJohn Rigby2011-04-291-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Make existing field b_max field in struct mmc unconditional and use it instead of CONFIG_SYS_MMC_MAX_BLK_COUNT in mmc_bread and mmc_bwrite. Initialize b_max to CONFIG_SYS_MMC_MAX_BLK_COUNT in mmc_register if it has not been initialized by the hw driver. Initialize b_max to 0 in all callers to mmc_register. * mxcmmc: fix warnings due to access 32 bit registers with 16 bit accessorsStefano Babic2010-03-211-18/+18
| | | | | | | | | Some registers of the mxcmmc driver were accessed using 16 bit accessor functions, because only the LSB is significant. This is not needed and generates warnings. Signed-off-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de>

* mxc-mmc: sdhc host driver for MX2 and MX3 proccessorIlya Yanok2009-08-091-0/+523
This is a port of Linux driver for SDHC host controller hardware found on Freescale's MX2 and MX3 processors. Uses new generic MMC framework (CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC) and it looks like there are some problems with a framework (at least on LE cpus). Some of these problems are addressed in the following patches.
