* MX31: mx31pdk: drop enable_caches from board fileStefano Babic2012-04-161-8/+0
| | | | | | | | | enable_caches() is implemented now in cpu.c for ARM1136. Signed-off-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de> CC: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com> Acked-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>
* mx31pdk: Enable D and I cachesFabio Estevam2011-11-041-0/+8
| | | | | | | Enable D and I caches on mx31pdk. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com> Acked-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de>
* mx31pdk: Add MC13783 PMIC supportFabio Estevam2011-11-031-0/+12
| | | | | | | | | | | Add MC13783 PMIC support. Tested by using the 'date' command, which reads the MC13783 RTC registers: MX31PDK U-Boot > date Date: 1970-01-01 (Thursday) Time: 2:22:35 Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>
* mx31: provide readable WEIM CS accessorHelmut Raiger2011-10-271-3/+11
| | | | | | | | | | | | setup_weimcs() and some macros are added to support the setup for i.MX31 WEIM chip selects. As a compromise between verbosity and readability an ASCII-art'ish bit comment is used instead of bitfields. All i.MX31 boards have been patched to use this approach using a helper program to verify the changes. Signed-off-by: Helmut Raiger <helmut.raiger@hale.at> Acked-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de>
* mx31pdk: Place machine ID into board configFabio Estevam2011-09-301-1/+0
| | | | | | Let common code set the machine ID. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>
* mx31pdk: Remove dram_init_banksize()Fabio Estevam2011-09-301-6/+0
| | | | | | As only one RAM bank is used we can rely on the code from arch/arm/lib/board.c Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>
* Remove volatile qualifier in get_ram_size() callsAlbert ARIBAUD2011-07-171-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Checkpatch.pl complains about the volatile qualifier in calls to get_ram_size(). Remove this qualifier in the prototype and in the calls where it is useless, and leave it only in the function body where it is needed. Signed-off-by: Albert ARIBAUD <albert.u.boot@aribaud.net>

* IMX: MX31: Cleanup include files and drop nasty #ifdef in driversStefano Babic2011-04-271-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | As exception among the i.MX processors, the i.MX31 has headers without general names (mx31-regs.h, mx31.h instead of imx-regs.h and clock.h). This requires several nasty #ifdef in the drivers to include the correct header. The patch cleans up the driver and renames the header files as for the other i.MX processors. * mx31pdk: Make the full boot log visibleFabio Estevam2011-02-211-1/+6
| | | | | | Use board_early_init_f so that the full boot log output can be displayed. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>

* Convert SMC911X Ethernet driver to CONFIG_NET_MULTI APIBen Warren2009-07-221-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | All in-tree boards that use this controller have CONFIG_NET_MULTI added Also: - changed CONFIG_DRIVER_SMC911X* to CONFIG_SMC911X* - cleaned up line lengths - modified all boards that override weak function in this driver - added Signed-off-by: Ben Warren <biggerbadderben@gmail.com> Tested-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* MX31: Add basic support for Freescale i.MX31 PDK board.Magnus Lilja2009-07-061-0/+63
Add support for Freescale's i.MX31 PDK board (a.k.a. 3 stack board). This patch assumes that some other program performs the actual NAND boot.
