ARM: s5pc, exynos: move Samsung ARM SoC specific code under arch/arm/
This patch moves S5PC, EXYNOS specific directory entries
from the toplevel Makefile to arch/arm/cpu/armv7/Makefile
using Kbuild descending feature.
