* mtd: Stop assuming mtd_erase() is asynchronousBoris Brezillon2018-03-151-4/+0
| | | | | | | | | | None of the mtd->_erase() implementations work in an asynchronous manner, so let's simplify MTD users that call mtd_erase(). All they need to do is check the value returned by mtd_erase() and assume that != 0 means failure. * mtd: Add new SmartMedia/xD FTLMaxim Levitsky2010-02-261-0/+94
This implements new readwrite SmartMedia/xd FTL. mtd driver must have support proper ECC and badblock verification based on oob parts for 512 bytes nand. Also mtd driver must define read_oob and write_oob, which are used to read and write both data and oob together.
