* [POWERPC] 52xx: unbreak lite5200 dts (_pic vs. -pic)Domen Puncer2007-05-231-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Unbreak lite5200 dts, which were broken by 5c1992f83304cf2d56934dd6c06709b96e1b0c81 Signed-off-by: Domen Puncer <domen.puncer@telargo.com> Acked-by: Sylvain Munaut <tnt@246tNt.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
* [POWERPC] Removed hardcoded phandles from dtsKumar Gala2007-05-171-39/+38
| | | | | | | Remove explicit phandles and move to using references that autogenerate the phandles when needed. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
* [POWERPC] lite5200(b) support for i2cDomen Puncer2007-05-071-2/+4
| | | | | | | | | | Add fsl-i2c to mpc5200 i2c node in device tree, and enable FSL_SOC. Tested to work with built-in eeprom on lite5200b. Signed-off-by: Domen Puncer <domen.puncer@telargo.com> Signed-off-by: Sylvain Munaut <tnt@246tNt.com> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
* [POWERPC] lite5200(b) DTS fixesDomen Puncer2007-05-071-2/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | Three trivial DTS fixes: -Mark Lite5200(b) boards as "mpc5200" compatible. On efika the firmware already does that. -Fix mscan interrupt. -Fix wakeup GPIO address. * [POWERPC] Remove unused, undocumented #cpus property from cpus nodeStuart Yoder2007-03-091-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | The #cpus property is unused and undocumented and is therefore being removed. Signed-off-by: Stuart Yoder <stuart.yoder@freescale.com> Acked-by: David Gibson <david@gibson.dropbear.id.au> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
* [POWERPC] mpc5200 device tree bindings refinementGrant Likely2007-02-131-56/+79
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Much needed refinement of mpc5200 device tree binding specifications. Short list: - drop mpc52xx designator; only two supported chips exist, 5200 and 5200b. It's premature to refer to them as '52xx'. - Specify optional 'model' and 'revision' properties in the soc5200 node - Specify reqiured 'cell-index' property to identify between multiple SOC devices of the same type. (Useful for arbitrating shared register access) - Specify optional 'port-number' property for adjusting the logical serial port assignments. - Specify optional 'has-wdt' property for gpt0 node. - Add system-frequency property to soc5200 node Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
* [POWERPC] Make it blatantly clear; mpc5200 device tree is not yet stableGrant Likely2007-01-221-0/+6
| | | | | | | | | Documentation-only change. The 5200 device tree layout has not yet stablized, so nobody should depend on the layout of the tree. Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca> Acked-by: Sylvain Munaut <tnt@246tNt.com> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
* [POWERPC] Fix mpc52xx fdt to use correct device_type for sound devicesGrant Likely2007-01-091-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | This corrects the documented interface for mpc52xx device trees. Sound devices should be using 'sound' for the device_type field, not the type of sound interface. * [POWERPC] Add device trees for lite5200 and lite5200b eval boardsGrant Likely2006-12-041-0/+318
