\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	Due to using the copy constructor when creating the UtilMem wrapper around a Hostboot file, we end up (temporarily) with two UtilMem objects pointing to the same buffer. Use in-place constructor instead so there is only ever one UtilMem instance.
