Created a new magic instruction handler that can be enabled via
environment variable to stop the simulation for Hostboot
exceptions. This is useful when we want to get a backtrace at
the failing spot without recompiling code or having to manually
insert breakpoints in simics directly.
Enable the function by setting HB_BREAK_ON_ERROR
The trigger call is MAGIC_BREAK_ON_ERROR

The mempba access procedures use PBA BAR3 to get to memory. The
OCC also uses BAR3 so there is a collision with the tool if the OCC
is running. Added an option to the ecmd framework to allow a user
to force a method (pba/adu) and for the tool to check by default.

Refactored the PNOR device driver to pull all SFC-specific
code into a new set of classes. Any time a new type of
serial flash controller (SFC) is introduced, a new subclass
should be created to support it.
Also added the full support for the AST2400 BMC that is
being used on Palmetto.

The ecmd debug framework support uses cipputmempba to write to Hostboot memory,
this was changed some time ago to disallow non cache-line aligned writes. But
some tools (e.g. HwpfAttrOverride) do unaligned writes and they therefore fail.
Also any tool that calls a Hostboot function using CallFunc will fail because
that also does unaligned writes. The emcd team changed cipputmempba to do a
read-modify-write for unaligned writes if the inj mode is specified. Also a
small fix to HwpfAttrOverride here, it was interpreting a decimal value (the
attribute id) as hex which must be due to something changing because this
used to work.

- Add 'limit' option to fsp-memdump that will prevent dumping

Quick fix to support the new object names in the Brazos Simics
model. There are more changes required to support multinode
(see RTC: 61853) but this should work for single node bringup.

The PHYP environment does not have the fsp-trace executable in
their environment and so the magic instruction handlers for
continuous trace were failing. Allow the fsp-trace invocation
to succeed by running 'fsp-trace || true'. The side effect is
that tracMERG will be empty if there really is an issue with
fsp-trace.
