Workaround for fapiMalloc fragmentation issue

Added a macro that returns the next highest power of 2 number of pages for a given buffer. Implemented fapiPlatMalloc() so that it calls the macro for buffers larger than 1 page size. This can prevent excessive fragmentation when allocating very large buffers.
